Pride of Place Competition

It is no co-incidence that people travel the length and breadth of the country, and indeed the world, visiting beauty spots – beautiful scenery lifts our spirits and our hearts. Meath County Council wants to assist all of the interested individuals and groups in bringing this principal home – and making Meath really ‘Magic’!

Participants in Pride of Place Competition are encouraged and rewarded for brightening up their communities and for enhancing the natural beauty of the surroundings in which we live through planting, hanging baskets, pots and shrubs, trees, street furniture and any other appropriate measure.
