Pride of Place 2007
Meath County Council's Pride of Place competition has now been in operation since 2003 and success has continued with this initiative, with the numbers of participants and interest in it expanding considerably. At an awards ceremony on Friday 19th October in Warrenstown College, participants in Pride of Place 2007 were treated to a synopsis of the competition so far through a video, snapshots and an outline on what Pride of Place has meant to the various areas that have taken part over the years.
