Royal Bloom
Background Information
This exciting competition aims to encourage and assist community groups and individuals to enhance their local environment.
This might be through the use of:
- flowers,
- colour,
- shrubs,
- sunny window boxes,
- breezy hanging baskets,
- blossom filled borders and pots
- and a myriad of other exotic garden ideas.
Over time the planting and development will enhance and compliment the beauty of our built environment – streets, squares, parks and roadways. Every little bit we do throughout this competition should be done in such a way that it contributes to our enjoyment of our own places – and leaves our mark on the landscape that can be enjoyed by the next generation.
