Special Prizes from the Judge:
- Rathmore NS Athboy - for making a greenhouse out of clear plastic and timber
- Colaiste Pobail Rathcairn - which were the only secondary school in the competition and for making a huge effort
- St Patrick's National School, Slane - who used their classroom windows to grow wonderful tomatoes and courgettes
