Where allegations of littering, illegal dumping and burning are received, in order for this office to instigate proceedings and/or issues fines to persons regarding same we have to have details of who the individuals are. We rely a lot on members of the public coming forward with details of same and being prepared to stand up in court if necessary to give evidence against individuals.

If you wish to report an individual for littering, dumping or burning we would be grateful if you could report all incidences as witnessed to this office with full details of perpetrator (name and address if possible), date and nature of offence by completing the Witness Statement Form below.
