Waste Collection Permit

Under the Waste Management (Collection Permit) Regulations 2001, those involved in waste collection activities must apply to a nominated local authority for a Waste Collection Permit. This requirement applies to individuals, companies and partnerships.  If you wish to apply for a Waste Collection Permit or want to view the permitted collectors in the Meath area this is now available through a National Waste Collection Permit Office

Waste Management Permit - Site or Facility

A Site or Facility Waste Management Permit is applicable for activities such as a recycling facility, storage facility, car dismantling and land reclamation (levelling off a section of land to restore it to good agricultural condition).
