Traffic / Roads Update - Traffic Management Scheme Ashbourne, St John's Wood - Scheme for the provision of a Traffic Management Scheme along St John’s Wood, Brindley Park and Millbourne in the town of Ashbourne

(Traffic Management Scheme)
Meath County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994 and Section 46 of the Public Transport Regulation Act, 2009, hereby gives notice that it has prepared a scheme for the provision of a Traffic Management Scheme along St John’s Wood, Brindley Park and Millbourne in the town of Ashbourne, Co. Meath.
The Scheme provides for;
a) Construction of speed tables along roadway
b) Construction of a zebra crossing.
c) Provision of advisory cycle lanes.
d) Erection of street bollards along Millbourne Section
The plans and particulars of the proposed scheme are available below:

from Wednesday 11th January, 2017 to Friday 10th February, 2017 and will be available for purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of Meath County Council, listed below:

Representations in relation to the proposed works, may be made in writing to the road authority as follows: The Director of Services, Meath County Council, Planning Department, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath or emailed to planning@meathcoco.ie on or before 5pm on Friday 10th February, 2017.
