TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF ROAD
L-62252 in the townlands of Johnstown and Cullentry
Notice is hereby given that Meath County Council intends to close the L-62252 in the townlands of Johnstown and Cullentry. This closure is required to facilitate remedial works to Johnstown Bridge.
DURATION
The closure will commence on Monday, 17th July 2017 and will continue until Friday 25th August 2017
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES
From East to West
The traffic is to be diverted south on the L-6225 to its junction with the L-62251-0, and then continue west on the L-62251-0 to its junction with the L-62252, and then north on the L-62252 to the West side of the bridge.
From East to West
The traffic is to be diverted west on the L-62251-0 to its junction with the L-6225, and then continue north on the L-6225 to its junction with the L-62252, and then east on the L-62252 to the east side of the bridge.
Diversion signs will be in place.
Local Access
Residents and property holders will be facilitated with access throughout the closure period.
Submissions and observations to the proposed temporary road closure should be made in writing to the Transportation Department, Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath, C15 Y291 or by email to transport@meathcoco.ie on or before Wednesday 28th June 2017.
