NOTICE OF THE MAKING OF THE
TRIM DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2014-2020
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 12 (12) of the Planning and Development Acts, 2000-2014 that Meath County Council and Trim Town Council has jointly, made in accordance with the provisions of the above Acts, a Trim Development Plan.
The Trim Development Plan 2014-2020 is accompanied by an Environmental Report, prepared in accordance with the Planning and Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations 2004 – 2011 and an Appropriate Assessment, pursuant to Article 6 of the Habitats Directive 92/43/EEC.
The Trim Development Plan 2014-2020 shall have effect from Sunday 4th May, 2014 and will be available for inspection at the following locations from Tuesday, 6th May, 2014:
- Planning Department, Abbey Mall, Abbey Road, Navan, Co. Meath, Monday to Friday between 9.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 4.00pm.
- Trim Town Council, Mornington House, Summerhill Road, Trim, Co. Meath
Monday to Friday between 9.00 am – 1.00 pm & 2.00 pm – 5.00 pm (5.15pm Monday)
- Trim Branch Library, High Street, Trim, Co. Meath
Monday – Closed
Tuesday & Thursday – 10.00am to 8.30pm
Wednesday, Friday & Saturday – 10.00am to 1.00pm & 2.00pm to 5.00pm

A hardcopy of the Written Statement together with Maps and Environmental Report is available to purchase from the Planning Department, Abbey Road, Navan, Co. Meath at a cost of €100 a digital format (on CD) is also available at a cost of €15.
