Temporary Road Closure - R125, Ratoath Village - the R125 in Ratoath Village to through traffic from its junction with R155 (Fairyhouse Rd) to its junction with L1006 (Skryne-Ratoath Road), from 6.00a.m Saturday, 13th September, 2014 to 8.00p.m on Sunday, 14th September, 2014

Notice is hereby given that Meath County Council intends to close the R125 in Ratoath Village to through traffic from its junction with R155 (Fairyhouse Rd) to its junction with L1006 (Skryne-Ratoath Road)

This closure is required to facilitate the holding of Ratoath Street Festival in Ratoath Village by Ratoath Community Centre.

Duration:The proposed closure will take place from 6.00a.m Saturday, 13th  September, 2014 to 8.00p.m on Sunday, 14th September, 2014.

Alternative Routes: To access Ashbourne Road from Dunshaughlin, At Steeplechase roundabout take 3rd exit, take 2nd exit at next roundabout, turn left at traffic lights onto Ratoath Inner Relief Road and take 2nd exit at Jamestown roundabout, proceed onto Ashbourne.

To access Dunshaughlin Road from Ashbourne, At Jamestown Roundabout turn left onto Ratoath Inner Relief Road, at traffic light junction with Fairyhouse Road turn right, take 2nd exit at next roundabout, at Steeplechase roundabout take first exit, proceed onto R125.

Traffic entering Ratoath Village from Dunshaughlin, turn left onto R155 and turn right at Traffic light junction, proceed onto R125.

Traffic entering Ratoath Village from Ashbourne, turn right onto L1006(Ratoath-Skryne Road), turn left at traffic light junction, turn right onto R125

Diversion signs will be in place.

Local Access: Residents and property holders will be facilitated with access

throughout the closure period.

 

Submissions on the proposed temporary road closure should be made in writing to: The Administrative Officer, Ratoath Municipal District, Dunshaughlin Civic Offices, Drumree Road, Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath on or before mid day Thursday 21st  August, 2014.
