MEATH COUNTY COUNCIL 

ROADS ACT, 1993 & ROADS REGULATIONS, 1994 

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF ROADS IN CONNECTION WITH A ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE IN DUNBOYNE, CO. MEATH

 

Having given notice Meath County Council has made an order to close the roads listed below to through traffic on the date and times specified. These intended temporary road closures are necessary to facilitate the holding of a St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Dunboyne.

 

Date and Times of intended Road Closures and Roads affected:

(a) The L-22191 (Industrial Estate Road) for a distance of 180m northwest of its junction with the L-2227(old Navan Road) from 12.00p.m to 4.00p.m Sunday, 15th March, 2015. 

(b) The L-2227 from its junction with the L-22191 to its junction with the L-2228 (old R156) from 12.00p.m to 4.00p.m Sunday, 15th March, 2015. 

(c) The L-2228 from its junction with the L-2227 to its junction with the L-2221 (Rooske Road) from 12.00p.m to 4.00p.m Sunday, 15th March, 2015.

Alternative Routes:

Local diversions will be signposted.

Local Access:

Access for residents and property holders will be facilitated throughout the closure period.
