TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF ROADS

CROSS STREET, KELLS

 

Notice is hereby given that Meath County Council has made an order to close the road Cross Street in Kells.

The closure is necessary to facilitate the introduction of a One Way System Traffic Management Trial in Kells.

Duration:

It is proposed to close the road from Saturday, 17th September, 2016 to Friday, 23rd September, 2016 inclusive.

Alternative Routes:

Traffic will be diverted by a new one way system around Kells, via John Street, Kenlis Place, Market Street, Church Street and New Market Street.

Temporary Signage and line markings will be in place to direct traffic along the one way system.

Local Access:

Access for residents, pedestrians and property holders will be facilitated throughout the closure period.
