TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF ROAD
SWORDS ROAD (REGIONAL ROAD R125)
Notice is hereby given that Meath County Council intends to close the R-125 at Greenogue.
This closure is required to facilitate remedial works to Dun Bridge.
The closure will commence on Tuesday, 25th October, 2016 at 8.00p.m. and will continue until 4.00a.m. on Wednesday, 26th October, 2016.
From East to West
The traffic is to be diverted south on the R-122 to its junction with the R-121, and then continue west on the R-121 to its junction with the R-135, and then north west on the R-135 to its junction with the R-130, and then north east on the R-130 to the West side of the bridge.
From West to East
The traffic is to be diverted south on the R-130 to its junction with the R-135, and then continue south east on the R-135 to its junction with the R-121, and then east on the R-121 to its junction with the R-122, and then north on the R-122 to the East side of the bridge.
Diversion signs will be in place.
Residents and property holders will be facilitated with access throughout the closure period.
