Traffic / Roads Update - Extinguishment of Public Right of Way on the footpath between numbers 142-143 Ferndale Estate, Navan, Co. Meath - objections or representations may be made in writing on or before 4p.m. on Tuesday, 16th January 2018.

EXTINGUISHMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY ON THE FOOTWAY BETWEEN NOs 142-143 FERNDALE ESTATE, NAVAN, CO. MEATH

 

Notice is hereby given that Meath County Council in pursuance of Section 73 of the Roads Act, 1993 proposes making an order to extinguish the public right of way described in the schedule hereto.

A map showing the sections of the road on which the public rights of way is proposed to be extinguished will be available for inspection at the following locations:-

  • Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath - between the hours of 9.00a.m. to 1.00p.m. and 2.00p.m. to 5.00p.m. daily Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays from Monday, 20th November, 2017 to Friday, 22nd December, 2017.

 

Objections or representations may be made in writing to Administrative Officer, Transportation Section, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath on or before 4p.m. on Tuesday, 16th January 2018.

 

Persons making objections or representations may make a request in writing to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by Meath County Council.

 

SCHEDULE

Description of Public Rights of Way Proposed to be Extinguished

 

1. That section of footway leading from local road (L-89506-2) between No.s 142 and 143 in the Ferndale Housing Estate in the Townland of Abbeyland in the District Electoral Division of Navan and the County of Meath and between the points A - A1 and B - B2 shown on map below.
