Traffic / Roads Update - Road Works Speed Limit Order - Ratoath Outer Relief Road, Co. Meath - These speed limits will apply from Monday, 30th April, 2018 to Monday, 29th April, 2019

 ROAD WORKS SPEED LIMIT ORDER

RATOATH OUTER RELIEF ROAD, CO. MEATH

 

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of powers under Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004, and in the interest of road safety, Meath County Council has made a Road Works Speed Limit Order at the locations described in the schedule below.

 

L1007-0

  • 30Km/Hr in townlands of Raystown and Tankardstown commencing at junction of R125 and L-1007-0 for a distance of 410m southeast.

 

 

R125

  • 30Km/Hr in townlands of Ratoath, Jamestown and Tankardstown commencing 27m west of junction L-5018-0 with R125 to 205m east of junction of L-1007-0 with R125.

 

  • 50Km/Hr commencing 205m east of junction of L-5018-0 with R125 to 605m east of junction of L-1007-0 with R125.

 

These speed limits are to facilitate construction of new box culvert and junction with the Ratoath Outer Relief Road and will apply from Monday, 30th April, 2018 to Monday, 29th April, 2019, both dates inclusive.

 

The Chief Executive shall have regard to any representations that are made to her in relation to this Road Works Speed Limit Order.
