Customer Code of Conduct

Meath Local Authorities aims to provide a high quality of service, in a safe and secure environment. It is our duty to ensure, insofar as it is reasonably practicable, the safety, health and welfare of all our employees.

This Code of Conduct has been established for members of the public who use the facilities and services provided by Meath Local Authorities.

We ask our customers to note that the following behaviour will not be accepted in any of our facilities or in the provision of any of our services.

Behaviour which is disruptive and interferes with the use and enjoyment of the facility or services by others.
Harassment of staff or members of the public by use of abusive, racist, obscene or threatening language.
Use of violence or threat of violence toward staff and/ or members of the public.
Malicious damage to premises and/or theft of Meath Local Authorities property.
The use of alcohol and illicit drugs.
Smoking in public areas within Meath Local Authorities premises.
Personal property being left unattended while using Meath Local Authorities facilities.

Please help us to encourage the responsible and considerate use of Meath Local Authorities facilities by observing the Code of Conduct.

Tá sé mar aidhm ag Comhairle Contae na Mí seirbhís ardcháilíochta a sholáthar i dtimpeallacht shlán shábháilte. Tá sé de dhualgas orainn sábháilteacht, leas agus sláinte ar bhfostaithe go léir a áirithiú a mhéid is indéanta le réasún.

Cuireadh an Cód Iompair seo ar bun do dhaoine den phobal a úsáideann na saoráidí agus na seirbhísí a sholáthraíonn Comhairle Contae na Mí.

Iarraimid ar ár gcustaiméirí a thabhairt faoi deara nach nglacfar leis an iompar seo a leanas in aon cheann de na suiteálacha atá againn ná i soláthar aon cheann dár gcuid seirbhísí.

Iompar suaiteach a chuireann isteach ar úsáid nó ar theachtadh na suiteála nó na seirbhísí ag daoine eile.
Ciapadh foirne nó daoine den phobal trí chaint mhígheanasach, chiníoch, ghraosta nó bhagrach a úsáid.
Foréigean a úsáid nó foréigean a bhagairt ar an bhfoireann agus/nó ar dhaoine den phobal.
Damáiste mailíseach a dhéanamh don áitreabh agus/nó maoin de chuid Chomhairle Contae na Mí a ghoid.
Alcól agus drugaí aindleathacha a úsáid.
Tobac a chaitheamh i láithreacha poiblí in áitreabh de chuid Chomhairle Contae na Mí.
Maoin phearsanta a fhágáil gan duine ina bun le linn saoráidí de chuid Chomhairle Contae na Mí a úsáid.

Le bhur dtoil cuidígí linn úsáid fhreagrach thuisceanach saoráidí Chomhairle Contae na Mí a spreagadh trí chloí leis an gCód Iompair.
