Three Year Arts Plan

This plan sets out measures to further formalise support structures and create opportunities for the Arts both within the Local Authority and the county, whilst continuing to recognise the importance of the arts in areas of personal development, community development, employment and tourism.

This plan has taken into account national arts policies, current policy developments within the Arts Council, and the 2003 Arts Act.
