How long does it take for a decision on my Waste Facility Permit?
A decision will be made on a Waste Facility Permit within:
40 working days of receipt of a valid application or
40 working days of receipt of further information or
25 working days of date of receipt of any submissions received under Article 15 or
25 working days from the date of completion of investigations concerning discharges to groundwaters under Article 17
