Who do I complain to regarding noise from our neighbours?

In the context of neighbourhood noise, the EPA has made Noise Regulations which gives quick access to the District Court.  If one wants to avail of this route, one should contact their local District Court Clerk.  The local court clerk for the most of County Meath is based in Trim, court no. 10.  East Meath is covered by the Drogheda District Court, court no. 6 and Oldcastle is covered by the Cavan District Court, court no. 5.
