Who pays the legal fees?
The purchaser and Meath County Council are each liable for their own separate legal fees. However should a purchaser decide to drop out after the purchasing process has commenced they will also be liable for any legal fees incurred by Meath County Council. - Generally the legal fees incurred by Meath County Council are in or around €650, as at September 2011.
