What discounts are available?
Under the 1995 Tenant Purchase Scheme you will be allowed discount of 3% of the value of the house for each year of tenancy (up to a maximum of 10 years) of a Local Authority house plus € 3,809.

Under the 2011 Fixed Term Tenant Purchase Scheme you will be allowed discount of 3% of the value of the house for each year of tenancy of a Local Authority house up to a maximum of 15 years.

Discount (15 years tenancy) € 58,500
Sale Price € 71,500
