Driving Test Form

You can apply and pay for your driving test online at www.drivingtest.ie . (You will require a credit card to do this VISA or Mastercard. You also need to have a valid e-mail address). Alternatively, you can download an application form for a driving test from the http://www.citizensinformation.ie/ website or obtain a copy from your local Motor Taxation Office.  Go to Apply for Driving Test Section >

Form for Exchanging a Current Full Driving Licence issued by another EU Member State

D.900 Declaration Form - only required if you are exchanging a current full driving licence issued by another EU member state or issued by a designated "recognised state" for licence exchange purposes, you must also submit a D.900 declaration form which you can download below, or request from your local Motor Taxation Office.
