TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF ROADS
S.75 Roads Act, 1993 (Roads Regulations)
Notice is hereby given that Navan Town Council intends to close the L-3409-45 (known locally as the Ratholdren Road) from its junction with L-34094-1 to its junction with L-7413-0.
Reason:
The purpose of this Temporary Road Closure is to facilitate surfacing works at the railway crossing on the Ratholdren Road by Iarnroid Eireann.
Duration:
It is proposed to close the road from:
8.00am Monday 23rd August 2010 to 6.00pm Monday 23rd August 2010
Alternative Routes:
Traffic travelling from Navan should continue on the N51 (NIRR2A) to the junction with the R147 and turn right. Continue on the R147 to the junction with L-7413-0 and turn right. Continue on the L-7413-0 to the junction with the L- 7409-18.
Traffic travelling to Navan on the L-3409-45 should follow the above diversion in reverse.
Note: Diversion signs will be in place.
Local Access:
Residents and property holders will be facilitated with access throughout the closure period.
