In accordance with the Planning & Development Regulations 2001- Part 8 notice is hereby given of the following development by Meath County Council at the following location: Ballinacree, Co. Meath.
Schedule:
The development will consist of
- Construction of 200 metres of new kerb and footpath
- Excavation of existing embankments
- Construction of new agricultural field entrance and removal of existing agricultural field entrance
Plans and particulars of the proposed scheme are available for inspection during normal office hours excluding Bank Holidays for a period of 4 weeks from 4th August 2010 to 1st September 2010 at the following locations:
a) The Planning Section, Meath County Council, Kells Civic Offices, Headfort Place, Kells
b) The Planning Section, Meath County Council, Abbey Road, Navan.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area, may be made in writing to:
