Planning Notice – Part 8
Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended.)
Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended.)
In accordance with the above regulations, Trim Town Council hereby gives notice of its intention to carry out works to reconstruct roads and footpaths and install services at Navangate Architectural Conservation Area, in the townland of Townparks North and Blackfriary 2nd Division, Trim, Co. Meath.
The works shall consist of the following:
- Reconstruction of roads and footpaths in accordance with the proposed traffic management plan for Trim Town
- Replacement of 100mm cast iron water mains
- Ducting for the removal of all over head cables including new public lighting.
- Provisions of all ancillary ducting to provide for future utilities.
Plans and particulars of the proposed works will be available for inspection during normal office hours (excluding Bank Holidays) for the period from the 17th July, 2010 to the 28th August, 2010 at the following locations:
a) Trim Town Council & Area Office, Mornington House, Summerhill Road, Trim.
b) The Planning Office, Meath County Council, Abbey Mall, Abbey Road, Navan.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the proposed development would be situated, may be made in writing to:
a) Trim Town Council & Area Office, Mornington House, Summerhill Road, Trim.
b) The Planning Office, Meath County Council, Abbey Mall, Abbey Road, Navan.
