Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers vested under Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act, 2004 and in the interests of road safety, Meath County Council has made orders to apply road works speed limits at the locations described in the schedule to the order
Schedule for Road Works Speed Limit Order
The Road works speed limit to be applied shall be fifty (50) kilometres per hour.
Part of the Regional Roads (R154) and Local road, L – 8007.
(i) On the Trim Road, R154 from 526 metres southeast of its junction with the Navan / Delvin road to a point 975metres southeast of the same junction.
(ii) On the Fraine road (L - 8007) from 50 metres southwest of its junction with the Navan / Delvin road (N51) to a point 550 metres southwest of the same junction.
The temporary speed limit shall apply from Saturday 21st January 2012 to Friday 29th June 2012 both dates inclusive.
The County Manager shall have regard to any representations that are made to him in relation to this Road Works Speed Limit Order.
