NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF PUBLIC ROAD

Notice is hereby given that Meath County Council proposes to make a declaration that the Roads at the following Housing Estates shall be public roads:-

• Cluain Ri, Trim, Co. Meath
• Beechwood, Ballivor, Co. Meath

Maps showing the roads proposed to be made public may be inspected at:

Trim Town Council & Area Office,
Mornington House,
Summerhill Road,
Trim,
Co. Meath

from Wednesday 28th September to Friday 28th October, 2011 between the hours of:

9.30 to 1.00 and 2.00p.m. to 5.15p.m. Monday and
9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.45 p.m. Tuesday to Friday.

Submissions to the proposed declaration may be made in writing to:

Trim,
Co. Meath

on or before Friday, 11th November, 2011
