NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF PUBLIC ROAD

Notice is hereby given that Meath County Council proposes to make a declaration that the Roads at the following Housing Estates shall be public roads:-

• Glen Abhainn (Phase 1), Enfield, Co. Meath
• Innwood, Enfield, Co. Meath
• Rathdale, Enfield, Co. Meath
• De Lacy Court, Trim, Co. Meath
• De Lacy Crescent, Trim, Co. Meath
• St. John’s, Trim, Co. Meath
• Friar’s Park, Trim, Co. Meath
• De Granville Court, Trim, Co. Meath

Maps showing the roads proposed to be made public may be inspected at:

The Offices of Trim Town Council and Area Office,
Summerhill Road,
Trim

from Wednesday, 27th January, 2010 to Wednesday, 17th February, 2010
between the hours of 9.30 to 1.00 and 2.00p.m. 5.15p.m. Monday and
9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m.to 4.45 p.m. Tuesday to Friday.

Submissions to the proposed declaration may be made in writing to the Trim Area Administrator, Trim Town Council & Area Office, Mornington House, Summerhill Road, Trim, Co. Meath on or before 3rd March, 2010.

Notice is hereby given that Meath County Council proposes to make a declaration that the roads in the following housing developments should be public roads:

A map showing the roads proposed to be made public may be inspected at the following locations during normal working/office hours from Monday 9th August to Friday 3rd September 2010.

  • Dunshaughlin Civic Offices, Drumree Road, Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath

  • Ashbourne Civic Offices, Killegland Street, Ashbourne, Co. Meath.
