Trim Halloween Street Festival & Night Market Sun 24th Oct

Trim and District Chamber of Commerce will present a Halloween Street Festival & Night Market in Trim on Sunday 24th October, from 4pm.
The themed festival will encompass all that Halloween has to offer and the Trim Artisan Market will have many stalls for all to browse.
The highlight of the day will be the performance a spectular festival dance by the Chinese Irish Cultural Academy and the Lung Ying Company.
They will be driving away any evil spirits and bringing happiness and good fortune with their Lion and Dragon dances. Many businesses in China have the Lion Dance performed at least once a year to bring good luck, and so Trim is hoping this will begin the Spirits of Meath to a fabulous and sucessful start. The Dragon, Lion and dancers will give a street performance through Market Street going towards Trim Castle and finishing with a Stage performance at the Castle grounds, where the Market will be held.
