Maureen O'Hara's Visit to Kells, Co. Meath 25th & 26th May 2012
The wonderful Hollywood actress Maureen O'Hara who was born in Dublin will visit Kells, the birthplace of her father in May this year. She starred in many famous films including Miracle on 34th Street, Our Man in Havana and Parent Trap. She will make an appearance on the 26th May in Kells where she will be given the honorary Freedom of the Town by the Town Council and People of Kells. An Open Air Concert will provide entertainment during the entire weekend and all are welcome to join in the celebrations for a much loved Irish actress.
