Shanks Mare Pub & Restaurant is located in a lovely rural setting between Moynalvey and Summerhill, Co. Meath.

The historic town of Trim is only 10km away as is the world renowned Hill of Tara.

Since undergoing major refurbishment and opening a restaurant, Shanks Mare has quickly developed a reputation as a good food pub and an enjoyable venue for a drink.

All our food is home-cooked from the soups to the sauces to the home-cut chips. Our menus carry a wide range of food choices so there’s something to suit everyone.
