Loughcrew Adventure Course will test your strengths and challenge your ability all in the beauty of the rolling, drumlin hills of northwest Meath. Feel the exhilaration of zipping through a forest, get the adrenalin flowing and stretch your limbs with monkey bars, climbing ropes and log walls. Smell the pine leaves as you abseil down the climbing wall. Orienteer your way to Loughcrew’s romantic, hidden lake to build a raft to reach the island.
Accomodation is available in Loughcrew House for large or small groups, including camping options.

– Minimum age for the Adventure Course: 12 years old
– Minimum number in a group: 6 & Maximum number in a group: 12
– Each group has 1 fully qualified tutor and 1 certified assitant
– All staff are trained for First Aid
– A full day runs from 10 am to 5 pm with a one hour break for lunch
– Each group has a choice of 2 activities per morning and afternoon sessions

Bounce your day away in Fun Valley, our huge inflatable park area with a giant slide and many other exciting castles and trampolines. Suitable for under 12s. Dry days and School Holidays only.
Take a guided tour through our brand new Heritage Park, where you will learn about Irish History from the Stone age right up to the Normans and early Christian times. This park reproduces nearly all the heritage sites throughout the county as they would have looked in their time. We pride ourselves on making this tour interesting and fun, so it’s hard to forget! Brilliant for School Tours and visitors to Meath.
You can decide to stay at Rathbeggan Lakes too, either as a camper van visitor, (six stands available) or by booking in to beautiful Rathbeggan Country House, which sleeps 8 and is available for weekly and weekend rentals. Contact us for details.
Take a Paddle Boat Ride, try our Waterrollerz, go sky high on the Bungee Trampoline or choose to Climb and Zip on our brand new Activity Tower . For smaller kids, go Pond Dipping, get your face painted and do some arts and crafts in our beautiful Art Barn, while you pay a visit to our Pet Farm and Picnic Area. Or cross the bridge to see our Visitor Garden and Allotments, where you can take a gentle stroll, and enjoy the sights and tastes of fresh veg in season. We run Gardening Courses here too. We are open every day from 9.00am until Dusk. Basic admission is just €2 per person which includes Pet Farm and Picnic Park area. As well as being priced separately, some activities are seasonal so please contact us to confirm.
