Contract Signing for Social Housing Kells

Contracts for a social housing development on Pitcher Lane, Kells were signed today.

The development will be called Carrick Gate and it consists of two 2 bedroom residential units and three 1-bedroom residential units. 

It will regenerate a derelict site, and address the current housing need in the area as part of the Government's Housing For All programme.
