• Closing date for applications to the register of electors for the Local & EU elections is Monday 20th May

• Closing date for receipt of postal vote applications is Saturday 11th May

Ordinary applications can be applied for online at www.checktheregister.ie with a PPSN, etc. but postal vote applications must be submitted on a completed form as additional verification is required.  Forms can be posted or emailed. 

All registered electors can vote in the Local elections regardless of citizenship.  Only EU registered electors can vote in the EU elections.
