CLÁR

CLÁR (Ceantair Laga Árd-Riachtanais) is a targeted investment programme for rural areas that aims to provide funding for small infrastructural projects in areas that experience disadvantage.

On Wednesday 29th March 2023, Heather Humphreys TD, Minister for Rural and Community Development launched the 2023 CLÁR Scheme.

There are a number of measures being proposed for funding for 2023 as follows.

Measure 1: Developing Community Facilities & Amenities (CLOSED 4TH MAY 2023)

Meath County Council are now seeking expressions of interest under Measure 1 from community groups for projects in the CLAR area.

Application forms to be submitted to the Community Section at community@meathcoco.ie

Closing Date: Thursday 4th May 2023

Measure 2: Mobility, Cancer Care and Community First Responders Transport (CLOSED 12TH MAY 2023)

Application forms to be submitted directly to CLAR@DRCD.gov.ie

Closing Date: Friday 12th May 2023

Measure 3: 'Our Islands'

Application forms to be submitted directly to CLAR@DRCD.gov.ie

Closing Date: Tuesday 6th June 2023
