Section 38 documents relating to proposed traffic calming works in County Meath.  

Road Traffic Act, 1994 as amended

PROPOSED TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES ON THE L-1006, SKRYNE ROAD, RATOATH, CO. MEATH

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, as amended, Meath County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to provide the following Traffic Calming measures on the L-1006, Skryne Road, Ratoath, Co. Meath.

 

The proposed development, which is the subject of this Section 38 notice, will include the following:

  • Traffic lights controlled pedestrian crossing
  • Upgrade to existing and provision of new footpaths
  • Provision of 2 no. round-top ramps on approach to pedestrian crossing
  • Provision of appropriate traffic signs and road markings

 

The plans and particulars of the proposed scheme are available for inspection during office hours from Monday, 17th August to Friday, 11th September 2020 inclusive, at the offices of the Local Authority listed below:

  • Dunshaughlin Civic Offices, Drumree Road, Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath, A85 XK20
  • Transportation Department, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath, C15 Y291

and will be available for purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hoursThey are also available to view or download from the Meath County Council website at https://www.meath.ie/council/notices-and-events
