Information

Meath County Council intends to temporarily close the L-4023 (Trim to Dunderry Road), the L-4003 (Dunderry to Athboy Road), the L-4002 (Kilbride Road) & the L-8013 (Trim to Kilbride Road), Co Meath, to facilitate the Trim Athletic Club 10 Mile Road Race on Sunday, 2nd February 2020.

Meath County Council intends to temporarily close the L-4023 (Trim to Dunderry Road), the L-4003 (Dunderry to Athboy Road), the L-4002 (Kilbride Road) & the L-8013 (Trim to Kilbride Road), Co Meath, to facilitate the Trim Athletic Club 10 Mile Road Race on Sunday 2nd February 2020.

 

Details

  • The closure will be from 11.45am to 2.15pm on Sunday, 2nd February 2020.

 

The closures will be as listed below

  • The L-4023 (Trim to Dunderry Road) from the junction with the R154 to Dunderry Village
  • The L-4003 (Dunderry to Athboy Road) from Dunderry Village to the junction with the L-4002 (Kilbride Road)
  • The L-4002 (Kilbride Road) from the junction with the L-4003 (Dunderry to Athboy Road) to the junction with the L-8013 (Trim to Kilbride Road)
  • The L-8013 (Trim to Kilbride Road) from the junction with the L-4002 (Kilbride Road) to the junction with the L-4023 (Trim to Dunderry Road)

 

Alternative Routes

  • Local diversion and information signage will be in place. 
  • Access for residents and property holders will be facilitated throughout the closure period.

 

Submissions and observations to the proposed temporary road closure may be made in writing to the Transportation Department, Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath C15 Y291 or by email to transport@meathcoco.ie on or before 13th December 2019.
