These speed limits are to facilitate construction of the Ratoath Outer Relief Road and will apply from Monday, 29th April 2019 to Monday, 27th April 2020, both dates inclusive

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of powers under Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004, and in the interest of road safety, Meath County Council has made a Road Works Speed Limit Order at the locations described in the schedule below.

 

 L1007-0 Raystown/Tankardstown

 30Km/Hr - Commencing at junction of R125 and L-1007-0 for a distance
 of 40m southeast.

 50Km/Hr - Commencing at a point, 40m south east junction of R125 
 and L-1007-0 for a distance of 265m southeast

 

 R125 Ratoath/ Jamestown/ Tankardstown

 30Km/Hr - Commencing 15m west of junction of L-5018-0 with R125 to
 a point 185m east of junction of the L-1007-0 with R125 for a distance 
 of 562m

 50Km/Hr - Commencing 185m east of junction of L-1007 with R125 to 
 a point 470 m east of junction of L-1007-0 with R125

 

  L-5018-0  Ratoath/Ballybin  

 30Km/Hr – Commencing at the start of the junction with the R125 &
 L-5018-0 to 27m north of junction of L-5018-0 with R125

 50Km/Hr - Commencing 27m north of junction of L-5018-0 & 
 R125 junction to 820m north of junction of L-5018-0 with R125

 

 

The Chief Executive shall have regard to any representations that are made to her in relation to this Road Works Speed Limit Order.
