Temporary Closure of Local Road L-16011 Lougher, Co Meath
Meath County Council has made an order to temporarily close Local Road L-16011 Lougher, Co Meath.
The closure will be from 9.30am Monday 8 June 2026 to 5pm Friday 24 July 2026 for 24 hrs per day.
This closure is required to facilitate remediation works to Verdons Bridge.
Alternative Routes:
- Alternative route via L-5609 Lougher, L-5608 Lougher and Gilltown and L-1601 Gilltown.
- Diversion signs will be in place. Local access will be facilitated up to the bridge location.
