Notice of Proposal to Declare a Road to be a Public Road at Ribbontail, Longwood

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993 that Meath County Council proposes to make a declaration that the road at Ribbontail, Longwood, Co Meath be a Public Road.  The road is located in the Townland of Middleborough and Longwood and extends from the end of the public road (L-80313), Longwood to a point approximately 752 metres south at the county boundary. 

A map showing the road proposed to be made a public roadway may be inspected at Trim Municipal District, Mornington House, Summerhill Road, Trim, Co Meath C15 P2HE and at the offices of Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co Meath C15 Y291 between the hours of 9.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday from 4th December, 2019 to 10th January, 2020.

Objections or representations to the proposed declaration may be made in writing to Director of Services, Meath County Council, Transportation Department, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath C15 Y291 or emailed to transport@meathcoco.ie on or before 5.00pm on Friday, 24th January 2020.

Respondents making submissions should note that Meath County Council is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2014 and the Data Protection Act 2018.
