Proposal to declare a road to be a public road at Dunboyne Business Park, Dunboyne

Objections or representations to the proposed declaration may be made in writing on or before 5p.m., Monday, 22nd July 2019.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993 that Meath County Council proposes to make a declaration that a section of the road at Dunboyne Business Park, Dunboyne, Co. Meath be a Public Road. 

The road is located in the Townland of Dunboyne and extends from 114m west of its junction with county road L-2271-7 to a point 693m west of its junction. Total length of road to be declared a public road is 579m.

 

A map showing the road proposed to be made a public roadway may be inspected during normal office hours from Friday, 7th June 2019 - Monday, 8th July 2019 inclusive at:

  • Ratoath Municipal District, Dunshaughlin Civic Office, Drumree Road, Dunshaughlin, Co Meath, A85 XK20 and
  • Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co Meath, C15 Y291
