Proposed Temporary Closure of part of local road L-16184-0, Tullog, Co. Meath

Notice is hereby given that Meath County Council intends to temporarily close L-16184-0 in Tullog, Co Meath between its junction with R122 and its junction with L-16183-0 and L-16184-0 for a distance of approximately 1.1 kms.

This closure is required to facilitate remedial works on L-5085 Bridge on the Delvin River.

Notice is hereby given that Meath County Council intends to temporarily close L-16184-0 in Tullog, Co Meath between its junction with R122 and its junction with L-16183-0 and L-16184-0 for a distance of approximately 1.1 kms.

The proposed closure will be from 7am Monday 27 May 2024 until midnight Friday 21 June 2024.

This closure is required to facilitate remedial works on L-5085 Bridge on the Delvin River. 

Alternative Routes

Traffic travelling South

  • Turn right at Gibblockstown onto L-16183, turn left on to R108 at Harbourstown. Follow R108 to Naul Village, taking a left onto R122 Balbriggan. Road signage will inform traffic of diversion route and road closure.

Traffic travelling North

  • Continue on R122 Naul Road, turning right on to R108 at Naul Village, follow R108, taking a right at Harbourstown, onto L-16183. Road signage will inform traffic of diversion route and road closure.

Access for residents and property holders will be facilitated throughout the closure period.

Submissions and observations to the proposed temporary road closure may be made in writing to the Transportation Department, Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co Meath C15 Y291 or by email to transport@meathcoco.ie on or before Tuesday 7 May 2024.
