Water Disruption - Trim & Surrounding Areas - Monday 13th January, 2020

Moderate

UPDATE: Monday 13/01/2020 -  Repair Works at Trim Water Treatment Plant

Water supply  has returned to customers in Trim town, Dunderry Road, Athboy Road, Bray Hill, Navan Gate, Saint Johns, Knightsbrook, Rock Road, Mornington, Manorlands, Longwood Road, Summerhill  &  Rathmolyon  following last week’s outage.

However as the reservoirs are continuing to recover this may cause low water pressure and/or water discolouration. Customers are urged to conserve water in order to allow them to refill & it may be necessary to place restrictions on the supply  at night should water levels in the reservoirs fail to recover.

We are appealing to customers to conserve water by; not running taps needlessly, taking showers instead of baths and to postpone using dishwashers and washing machines where possible. Further information on water conservation is available on our Water Conservation page.
