New story time sessions for children with taster session on Thursday 4th May at 2.15pm. Regular slots will be the first Friday of every month thereafter at 2.15pm.
The Kells Municipal District 2021 Pride of Place awards took place in Council offices in Buvinda House, Navan on Tuesday 2nd November, 2021. The event was broadcast live, with some applicants also in attendance.
The Housing Adaptation Grant for People with a Disability is available for works which are reasonably necessary to make a house more suitable a person with a disability who has an enduring physical, sensory, mental health or intellectual impairment.
This grant is for people 66 years old or more to do essential repairs, so that they can continue to live in their own home. Sometimes this grant can be paid to people under 66 years old, but only in cases of hardship.
The aim of Pride of Place is to work in partnership with communities, to encourage best practice, innovation and leadership in providing vibrant sustainable communities that improve the quality of life for all.
