Community Grants and Initiatives

Meath County Council provides a range of Grants to community groups to assist with actions and projects being undertaken in their local area. These grants are intended to sustain community activity, active citizenship and promote community enhancement and environmental intiatives.

Healthy Ireland and Healthy Meath

Healthy Ireland, A Framework for Improved Health and Wellbeing 2013-2025 is a Department of Health initiative and is the national framework for action to improve the health and wellbeing of Ireland over the coming generation.

Tidy Towns

The National Tidy Towns Competition is now in its 64th year.

Town and Village Renewal Scheme

The Town & Village Renewal Scheme provides funding for projects that make our towns and villages more attractive and sustainable.
