March 2020 - COVID-19 NOTICE

Meath County Council Headquarters (Buvinda House), Motor Tax Office (Buvinda House), and Municipal District Offices are closed to the public due to Covid-19 Safety Measures.

However, our Customer Services team will continue to be available to take calls during normal working hours, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, telephone (046 9097000). The out of hours emergency line (1890 445 335) will operate as usual.

We would encourage the public to conduct their business with us by contacting us by phone or email (see below).

We are endeavouring to provide the highest level of public services that the situation allows.

• Your query will be logged on the Customer Services System and allocated a reference number.
• If you email your query, this reference number will be emailed to you.  You can use this number for any follow up required.
• The system covers all Departments in the Council and your query will be sent to the appropriate member of staff for a response. You will receive a reply in accordance with our Customer Service Plan.  
• The system ensures that the Council can track all queries/issues and are accountable and transparent in our follow up.
