If you hold a Private Tenancy contact the Residential Tenanacies Board (RTB)

The Residential Tenancies Board was set up in 2004 to operate a national tenancy registration system and to resolve disputes between landlords and tenants.  As part of its remit, the RTB also provides a dispute resolution service where issues arise between landlords and tenants.
