Master Plan 23 Bracetown/Gunnocks, Dunboyne

Masterplan 23 relates to ‘E2/E3’ Employment Lands at Bracetown/Gunnocks, Dunboyne, Co Meath. The Masterplan aims to establish overall development principles for these lands, whilst considering the existing Meta Data Centre, the approved development for the Engine Node Data Centre and the proposed extension of the Hub Logistics Parks. These principles include land use, transportation, connectivity, and urban design considerations as well as environmental impacts including flood risk, phasing and implementation.
