Compliance with Planning Conditions

• Conditions attached to the permission must be complied with.
   
• Financial contributions are due prior to commencement or as otherwise agreed by the Council. 
   
• Non-compliance with conditions can lead to Enforcement proceedings.

In order to show compliance with the conditions of planning, please submit your proposal to planningcompliance@meathcoco.ie and quote the relevant condition number and planning reference number.

Note: Your proposal is only deemed acceptable once you receive written notification from the Planning Department confirming same.

Please do not submit compliance to individual staff members.
