Dr. Harry Barry is a leading voice in mental health, blending decades of medical experience with a deep focus on emotional wellbeing. With over 35 years as a senior GP in the Irish health system, he now works full-time in mental health, offering consultancy, public talks, media contributions, and professional training.

Renowned for his expertise in anxiety, depression, and emotional resilience, Dr. Barry combines insights from neuroscience, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and lifestyle medicine. He is the author of several best-selling books, including a chart-topping title on anxiety and panic.

A frequent contributor to Irish media and a respected speaker, he is also a member of an international panel exploring cognition in depression, and has served on advisory boards including Aware and the College of Psychiatry of Ireland.
